Inexpensive Ice Technique


Use this quick, cheap, and easy technique to ice swollen and painful areas. Fill a 8 - 10 oz paper cup with water and freeze it. Tear away the upper part of the cup, and hold it by the remaining paper at the bottom. Then massage the exposed ice over the affected area. Be sure to keep the ice moving. Continue until the area is numb to the touch.
