Exercise Intensity Direction Movement Volume
Double Leg Vertical Power Jump High Vertical Begin in athletic stance, begin with a downward counter movement, explode up, thrust arms upward, land and immediately repeat. 10 reps.
Single Leg Vertical Power Jump High Vertical Stand on one leg, begin with a downward counter movement, explode up, thrust arms upward, land and immediately repeat. 10 reps with each leg.
Single Leg Tuck Jump High Vertical Stand on one leg, begin with a downward counter movement, explode up, grasp push off leg with arms and draw to chest, land on the same leg jumped off of, and immediately repeat 10 reps with each leg.
