Exercise Intensity Direction Movement Volume
Pike Jump Medium Vertical Begin in athletic stance, explode upward, keeping legs straight, lift legs parallel to floor and touch toes. Land and immediately repeat. 10 reps.
Double Leg Tuck Jump Medium Vertical Begin in athletic stance, explode upward, bring knees to chest while grabbing knees.  Land and immediately repeat. 10 reps with each leg.
