Exercise Intensity Direction Movement Volume
Medicine Ball Push-Up Medium Vertical Begin in push-up position with hands on medicine ball. The athlete then quickly removes hands from ball and drops down.  Move the hands to the side of the ball, with elbows slightly flexed, allowing gravity to further flex the elbows until the chest touches the ball.  Rapidly push-up and catch self with hands on ball. 10 reps.
Overhead Backward Throw Medium      
Russian Twist Medium
